Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the mobile games published or developed by Gummywolf Ltd, Spyrou Kyprianou 73, 2nd Floor, Office 203, Potamos Germasogeias, 4042 Limassol, Cyprus (the "Games"). By installing or playing a Game you agree to them. Where a Game is distributed by a publishing partner, that partner's terms apply in addition to these.
1. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the Games for your own entertainment. All rights in the Games, including characters, artwork, code and names, remain with Gummywolf or its licensors.
2. Virtual items
Virtual currency and items have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money and are licensed, not sold. Purchases are made through the app store of your device and are subject to that store's refund policy.
3. Conduct
You must not cheat, exploit bugs, use unauthorised third-party software, reverse engineer the Games or interfere with other players. We may suspend or delete accounts that breach these terms.
4. Availability
We may update, change or discontinue a Game or any part of it at any time. We will give reasonable notice before discontinuing a Game where practicable.
5. Liability
The Games are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties and our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus and the courts of Limassol have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
